The Train the Trainer course is designed for those professionals who want to become trainers ready to confidently guide learning, inspire and shape with vision the teams they are part of.

 

What will you discover in this course?

Psychology of learning

The trainer's intention to transmit information is not the same as the receiver's way of receiving information.

You will receive knowledge about how adults learn, theories of learning and how to formulate clear and measurable learning objectives in order to get results in your training work.

The leadership role in training

You will explore a variety of training methods and group activation techniques, tailored to the needs of the adults. You learn taking the lead or allow learning to happen under your watchful observation

Support in the process

You will receive all the support from the AHK trainer throughout the course as well as a PDF support file to keep your knowledge alive and to be able to successfully implement it further in your training career.

Practice in the studio

We like to think of the classroom as a learning studio.

On the last day of the course, participants design and facilitate “in studio” short training sessions for their fellow learners. They will practice the knowledge received during the 3 days of the course, having the opportunity to inspire and be inspired by the other learners through their personal facilitation style.

The power of feedback

Feedback can make or break an employee. It can build or destroy a person's motivation.

You'll learn how to build trusting relationships and provide constructive and valuable feedback to teammates so you can help them grow personally and professionally.
