Trainer Instructor with National Certification

Course structure:
7 modules across 7 weeks + 1 week for preparing training projects

How is the course conducted?
The course includes flexible study hours with theory, practice, and individual study.
Training sessions take place in the evenings after work hours.

Assessment and certification:
Midterm evaluation: January 2026
Exam preparation: February 2–6, 2026
Certification exam: February 9–13, 2026

The certification exam is conducted online and consists of two parts: a multiple-choice test and the online facilitation of a short training session in front of an examination committee.

You will be evaluated by a specialized committee that reviews your training projects.
Upon successful completion of the course and passing the exam for the Trainer Instructor qualification, you will receive a certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor, Family, Youth, and Social Solidarity  and the Ministry of Education recognizing your skills as a trainer instructor. COR Code 333309. Additionally, you will receive a supplementary diploma from AHK Romania.
