Black Sea & Balkans Security Forum returns in 2026 for its 10th edition, reaffirming its status as a leading platform for strategic dialogue in the wider Black Sea and Balkans region.
The Forum will be held under the High Patronage of the President of Romania and in close cooperation with Germany, as Country Partner.
The Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania are the event’s institutional partners, alongside the University of Agronomic Sciences of Bucharest as academic partner.
On 12–13 May 2026, Bucharest will bring together senior decision-makers, military leaders, diplomats, industry representatives, and experts for a series of substantive discussions on current security challenges, transatlantic cooperation, deterrence, resilience, critical infrastructure, energy security, and emerging technologies shaping today’s security environment.
