AHK Romania Training: Instructor Trainer
Turn the experience and knowledge of your company specialists into clear, practical and effective training sessions. Why participate?
- Reduce onboarding time for new employees, through better structured and more effective training sessions.
- Standardise internal processes, so that information and working methods are communicated consistently throughout the organisation.
- Retain essential know-how within the company, through the systematic transfer of skills from experts to colleagues.
- Reduce errors, rejects and correction costs, by ensuring employees are properly trained.
- Increase team productivity and engagement, by giving employees access to relevant learning experiences tailored to their work.
What will you learn?
Over the 3-day training programme, participants explore the entire process of designing and facilitating a training session.
The fundamentals of adult learning

Training methods
You will discover training methods and techniques for engaging participants and encouraging their active involvement in the learning process.

Practice and feedback
Each participant will prepare and facilitate a short training session for colleagues in the group. This exercise enables the immediate application of the concepts learned and is followed by feedback from the trainer and, optionally, from the other participants.
How is the training delivered?

- Informal, in a relaxed atmosphere that encourages the open exchange of experiences;
- Interactive, through questions, discussions and the active involvement of participants;
- Informative, through the presentation of the concepts and tools every trainer needs;
- Practical, through exercises, group activities and the facilitation of a training session.
